Archive contains GLM gridded products as provided to the U.S. National Weather Service in real time (i.e., CONUS for GOES-East and PACUS for GOES-West).  Select the year, then satellite, then daily file.  Note that these files are intended for use in the NWS AWIPS software, and will need bits of the header stripped to be read with standard netcdf readers (e.g., tail -c +22 ${infile} > ${outfile}).  Please ignore the folder in this parent directory with the most recent months, these files are empty.
